II. Who Are We Helping?
We support children and families from remote mountainous regions of Taiwan, where resources are scarce and stable care and educational opportunities are limited. Funds raised will be used by the association for psychological support, summer camps, and family companionship programs, helping children regain hope and confidence during crucial stages of their lives.

What is the purpose of this charity project?
Allow consumers to support local agriculture while also contributing to the education of children in rural Taiwan, enabling love and hope to occur simultaneously.
How are the funds from purchases handled?
The sales amount will be collected by theLucky Phoenix Health Management Center, and the settlement will be completed within one month after the event ends. After the settlement, the funds will be fully transferred to the "Taiwan Prophet's Home Holistic Care Association," which will handle the payment to small farmers and allocate donations for public welfare as per the agreement.
How will the donations actually be used?
Executed by the "Taiwan Prophet's Home Holistic Care Association," this initiative supports rural children's education, including learning supplies, after-school tutoring, talent development, and basic living assistance.
When will the charity funds be donated?
This project will run from August 1 to August 31, 2025. All charitable donations will be settled and calculated in early September 2025 and transferred directly to the association by the platform. A detailed report of the outcomes will be published in early September, ensuring that every contribution is accounted for and transparently managed.
Can I specify a delivery date?
As pears are fresh produce, hand-harvested and hand-packed, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery date requests. However, all orders will be shipped in sequence based on the order confirmation time to ensure freshness.
Are receipts or uniform invoices provided?
Each box includes a farmer’s receipt. Official uniform invoices (統編) are not provided for this charity initiative. Results of the project will be shared publicly in a consolidated report rather than issuing individual donation receipts.
Can the pears be sent as gifts?
These pear gift boxes are perfect for gifting! Please note the following:
Please inform the recipient in advance to avoid missed or refused deliveries.
Shipping addresses must be a personal residential address where someone can receive the package. We cannot deliver to convenience stores, pickup points, or office buildings.
What if the pears arrive damaged or spoiled?
We sincerely apologize if you receive pears that are damaged or in poor condition. We highly value every supporter of this charity project. If you encounter any issues such as rot, damage, or other noticeable defects, please:
